STEP ONE PREPARATION

The preparation is key to getting the best end result.

Our skilled technicians will remove the wheel safely from the car where they will then inspect for damage making sure the areas of interest are highlighted, the alloy wheel is gently re-profiled using various techniques to remove curb damage or scrapes to give the wheel a smooth base.

STEP TWO TREATMENT

The alloy then can be primed followed by the base coat colour of the wheel.

Once dry, the lacquer can then be applied, using a high-quality clear coat to seal it & give that ‘like new’ shine. Finally, the alloys are then cured using our state-of-the-art infra-red heating system to ensure it is completely set.

For our diamond cut alloys, after preparation, they are set in the CNC machine using software to map the detail and the damage, this is then probed to remove any imperfections. The diamond cut wheel can then also be lacquered.

STEP THREE FINISHING

The finishing touches will get the alloy back to their original factory finish.

Once the wheels have cooled down, we are then able to reinflate the tyres and our technicians will refit the wheels using correct torque settings. Diamond cut wheels, upon completion will have the tyre put back on, the wheel will then be balanced and refitted.
